采用硬度测量、光学显微镜、X射线衍射及透射电镜 (TEM)等试验方法 ,研究了喷射成形Cu 1 5Ni 8Sn合金的时效硬化。结果表明 ,合金的时效硬化与其相组成及转变过程有关。有 3个过程影响合金硬化 ,即Spinodal调幅分解、亚稳γ′ (Cux,Ni1 -x) 3Sn相 (DO2 2 有序结构 )的形成及不连续沉淀γ (Cux,Ni1 -x) 3Sn相 (DO3有序结构 )的析出 ,前两者对硬化具有促进作用 ,而后者对硬化产生不利影响。
The age hardening of spray-formed Cu 1 5Ni 8Sn alloy was studied by means of hardness measurement, optical microscope, X-ray diffraction and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The results show that the age hardening of the alloy depends on the phase composition and the transformation process. Three processes affected the alloy hardening, namely Spinodal amplitude modulation decomposition, formation of metastable γ ’(Cux, Ni1-x) 3Sn phase (DO2 2 ordered structure) and discontinuous precipitation γ (Cux, Ni1-x) DO3 ordered structure) precipitation, the former two have a role in promoting hardening, while the latter have an adverse effect on hardening.
