Sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome (SAHS) is mainly manifested as frequent apnea and hypopnea during sleep. SAHS can cause dysfunction and even failure of several vital organs, seriously affecting the quality of life and even causing death of patients, and is considered as an independent risk factor for coronary heart disease, hypertension, cerebrovascular disease and diabetes. The gold standard for diagnosis of SAHS is polysomnogram (PSG), which needs to be diagnosed after more than 7 hours of sleep monitoring in a sleep monitoring room equipped with expensive medical equipment. The PSG is expensive and has limited resources. This article reviews the application of dynamic electrocardiogram Feasibility of screening sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome.
