工程分包是社会分工发展的必然产物,具有经济性、科学性、合理性。施工企业分包管理的效果决定了施工过程能否快速高效的完成。施工企业分包管理过程中,需要重点进行各个环节的风险防范,加强施工过程的监督,有针对性的做好项目分包的具体操作。本文从三方面阐述了施工企业分包单位管理中存在的问题和解决对策。
Project subcontracting is the inevitable product of the development of social division of labor, with economy, science and rationality. The effect of subcontracting management of construction enterprises determines whether the construction process can be completed quickly and efficiently. During the process of subcontracting management of construction enterprises, it is necessary to focus on risk prevention in all aspects, strengthen the supervision of the construction process, and do well the specific operation of subcontracted projects. This article elaborates the problems existing in subcontracting management of construction enterprises from three aspects and their countermeasures.
