起重机结构强度计算中动载荷的确定是一重要问题,本文舍弃了常见的动载系数概念以及与实际情况不符的S AP5等结构分析通用程序法。根据起重机结构振动的特点,化简起重机的自由度系统,用数值方法直接计算结构振动时的惯性力,并按达朗贝尔原理转化成静力学问题分析。此法较精确,且便于微机进行计算,从而可获得满意的结果。
The determination of the dynamic load in crane structural strength calculation is an important issue. This paper rejects the common concept of dynamic load factor and the general procedure method of structural analysis such as S AP5 which is inconsistent with the actual situation. According to the characteristics of the vibration of the crane structure, the freedom degree system of the crane is simplified, the inertial force of the structural vibration is directly calculated by a numerical method, and the analysis is converted into a static mechanical problem according to the D’Alembert’s principle. This method is more accurate, and it is easy for the computer to perform calculations so that satisfactory results can be obtained.
