Linear absorption spectra at room temperature show a significant blue shift in the absorption band edge compared to the bulk material, but no abrupt absorption peaks are observed. The femtosecond laser pulse is used as the light source, and the time-resolved optical Kerr effect signal of the sample is recorded by the pump-probe method. Some important data such as the third-order nonlinear polarizability and the response time are obtained, and the observed The experimental phenomenon is analyzed and discussed.
