企业领导人员管理体系主要应由选拔任用体系、培养开发体系、考评激励体系、作风建设体系和监督约束体系五个模块构成。五个模块相互影响,核心是有效地提升领导人员的领导力。完善企业领导人员管理体系的目的是提兀升领导人的管理效率,实现企业的可持续发展。借鉴国内外经验,本文提出了建设、提升油企领导人员的体系规划。
The management system of enterprise leaders should consist of five modules: selection and appointment system, training and development system, evaluation and incentive system, style construction system and supervision and restraint system. Five modules interact each other, the core is to effectively enhance the leadership of the leadership. The purpose of perfecting the management system of enterprise leaders is to raise the management efficiency of the leaders and achieve the sustainable development of the enterprises. Draw lessons from domestic and foreign experience, this paper puts forward the system plan of building and enhancing the leaders of oil enterprises.
