采用三维时域有限差分法,数值研究了不同几何参数下,三角形金属纳米颗粒的局域表面等离共振特性和传感特性。给出了三角形的高、顶角、顶角曲率半径和间距4个参数对单三角形和双三角形金纳米结构的消光谱、体折射率灵敏度和品质因子等的影响,并提出了优化三角形金属纳米结构传感性能的方法。经优化的双三角金属纳米结构的体折射率灵敏度达941nm/RIU,品质因子达6.8。
