我国传统的法学教育一定程度上存在着颠倒职业训练与学术培养位置、教学手段偏离法学应用性学科特点等不足,急需引入更关注法科学生实践技能提升的实践性教学方法。但传统教学方法在知识传授的系统性、连贯性、深入度等方面,有着不容忽视和难以替代的优点,故传统教学方法与实践性教学方法在相当长时间内将互补存在。现阶段,应着手尝试将法学实践教学的基本原理、理念逐步导入法学教学活动,并通过嫁接微观的案例教学法、小组讨论法、头脑风暴法、反馈评价法等实践性教学方法,逐步丰富和完善传统教学活动的内容和形式,以遵循教学改革渐次性的规律,并最终提升法科学生的综合培养质量。
To some extent, the traditional legal education in our country has the defects of reversing the position of vocational training and academic training, the deviation of teaching methods from the characteristics of applied law of law, and the urgent need to introduce practical teaching methods that are more concerned with the practical skills of law students. However, the traditional teaching methods have the advantages that can not be ignored and are hard to be replaced in the aspects of systematic, coherence and depth of knowledge transfer, so the traditional teaching methods and practical teaching methods will complement each other for quite a long time. At this stage, we should try our best to introduce the basic principles and concepts of law practice teaching into law teaching activities step by step. Through the practical teaching methods such as case teaching method, group discussion method, brainstorming method and feedback evaluation method, Improve the content and form of traditional teaching activities in order to follow the gradual law of teaching reform, and ultimately enhance the overall quality of law students.
