企业竞争行为分析是企业竞争情报研究的核心内容。本文以电脑企业为例,通过聚类分析方法得到国内外19个主要品牌企业的竞争行为关系矩阵,并通过社会网络分析方法对其进行了研究,最终得到了企业在市场竞争中所处的位置及与竞争对手的相互影响程度,为企业的制定竞争策略提供一种新思路。
The analysis of enterprise competitive behavior is the core content of the research of enterprise competitive intelligence. In this paper, taking the computer enterprise as an example, this paper obtains the matrix of competitive behavior of 19 major brands at home and abroad through cluster analysis, and studies it through social network analysis, finally obtains the position of the enterprise in the market competition And the degree of interaction with competitors, for enterprises to develop competitive strategies to provide a new idea.
