横行H形皮瓣联合负压引流治疗阴囊皮肤软组织缺损七例临床分析

阴囊皮肤软组织缺损临床上修复较为困难,创面基底情况和缺损面积大小不同,修复方法也各不相同。目前主要的修复方法包括游离植皮或皮瓣移植,但是缺少一种有效且安全的修复方法。2015年8月至2017年8月,我们应用横行H形皮瓣联合封闭负压引流修复阴囊皮肤软组织缺损7例,术后皮瓣血运佳、形态可,局部无挛缩及功能障碍等异常,是修复阴囊皮肤软组织缺损的简单有效的方法。“,”In clinical practice, it is difficult to repair scrotal skin defect. The basement and extent of each wound are diverse, and the methods for repair and reconstruction are different. At present, the main methods include skin transplantation and flap transplantation, but it is still short of repair and reconstructive options. From August 2015 to August 2017, seven cases of scrotal skin defect were treated by transverse H-type flap combined with vacuum drainage, which showed that the flap had good blood circulation. The morphology of scrotum had aesthetic effects, and there were no contractures or functional disorders. Therefore, the transverse H-type flap combined with vacuum drainage is a simple and effective option to repair scrotal skin and soft tissue defect.
