也许很多人对《长大后我就成了你》这首歌还记忆犹新。“小时候,我总觉你很神奇,你把所有的难题变成乐趣……”教师是什么,在孩子心灵中,教师就是将一个个难题变成乐趣的使者,要成为快乐的使者,就要在教学活动中体现学生学习的主体地位,有转变自身的角色意识。正如新课标指出的:“教学活动是师生积极参与、交往互动、共同发展的过程,有效的教学活动是学生的学与教师的教的统一,学生是学习的主体,教师是学习的组织者、引导者与合作者。”那么如何才能创设有效的教学氛围,为学生富有个性的思考、自主的实践探究搭建平台呢?下面就本人教学实践谈几点体会。
