本文详细描述了早强型聚羧酸减水剂在修补砂浆中的应用情况,试验结果表明早强型聚羧酸减水剂的减水率可达25%以上,可以显著降低修补砂浆的水胶比,提高砂浆的力学性能,特别是抗折、粘结强度显著提高;其促强作用可以提高修补砂浆的早期强度,保证常温下采用普通水泥4h抗压强度达到5MPa以上;其减缩作用保证修补砂浆的收缩率比小于95%,提高修补砂浆的体积稳定性。
This paper describes in detail the application of early strength polycarboxylate water-reducing agent in repairing mortar.
