目的:探讨游泳运动对大鼠白色脂肪组织PPARγ蛋白表达以及脂肪细胞增殖分化的影响。方法:SD纯系雄性大鼠20只,随机分为对照组和运动组,运动组进行8周无负重游泳运动。采用流式细胞仪检测大鼠内脏脂肪组织PPARγ及脂肪细胞增殖分化情况。结果:8周耐力游泳运动后,运动组大鼠内脏脂肪垫重量、内脏脂肪垫相对重量(%)均显著低于对照组,脂肪组织PPARγ蛋白表达量和脂肪细胞增殖指数均较对照组显著增加;经相关分析得出,脂肪细胞增殖指数和PPARγ蛋白表达量之间的相关系数为0.40(P<0.05)。结果表明,8周耐力游泳运动可促进大鼠脂肪组织PPARγ蛋白表达量增加,进而促进脂肪细胞增殖分化;大鼠脂肪细胞增殖分化与PPARγ蛋白表达量相关,PPARγ对脂肪细胞增殖分化的影响可能是与其他因素协同作用的结果。
Objective: To investigate the effects of swimming exercise on the expression of PPARγ protein in white adipose tissue and the proliferation and differentiation of adipocytes in rats. Methods: Twenty pure SD male rats were randomly divided into control group and exercise group, exercise group for 8 weeks without weight-bearing swimming. Flow cytometry was used to detect the proliferation and differentiation of rat adipose tissue and PPARγ in visceral adipose tissue. Results: After 8 weeks of endurance swimming, the weight of visceral fat pad and the relative weight of visceral fat pad (%) in exercise group were significantly lower than those in control group. The expression of PPARγ protein and adipocyte proliferation index in adipose tissue were significantly higher than those in control group Correlation analysis showed that the correlation coefficient between adipocyte proliferation index and PPARγ protein expression was 0.40 (P <0.05). The results showed that 8 weeks of endurance swimming can promote the expression of PPARγ protein in adipose tissue of rats, and then promote the proliferation and differentiation of adipocytes. The proliferation and differentiation of adipocytes in rats are related to the expression of PPARγ protein.
