文章以宁夏四所普通高校开设健身气功选项课的可行性为研究对象,运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、数理统计法等研究方法,分别对宁夏各高校开设健身气功课程的现状、师资力量、健身场地、学生身心状况及养生知识认知等方面进行了调查分析。调查结果显示:宁夏普通高校中仅有宁夏大学开设健身气功课程;各高校健身场地器材和师资力量均有利于健身气功课程的开展;各高校大部分学生在身心健康方面均有或多或少的问题;大多数学生均表示对健身气功选项课感兴趣。文章旨在为宁夏普通高校开设健身气功课程提供理论依据,通过开设此课程进一步提高学生身心健康状况,传承中华传统体育养生文化。
The article takes the feasibility of offering Health Qigong course in four universities in Ningxia as the research object. By using the methods of literature, questionnaire, interviews and mathematical statistics, this paper analyzes the status quo of Health Qigong courses in colleges and universities in Ningxia, Teacher strength, fitness venues, physical and mental health and cognitive knowledge of students conducted a survey and analysis. The survey results show that only Ningxia University in Ningxia is offering fitness Qigong courses; the gymnasium equipment and teachers’ qualifications in colleges and universities all contribute to the development of Health Qigong programs; and most of the students in colleges and universities have more or less physical and mental health Most students said they were interested in Health Qigong elective classes. This article aims to provide a theoretical basis for the opening of Health Qigong courses in Ningxia colleges and universities. Through the course, the course will further improve the physical and mental health conditions of students and inherit the Chinese traditional sports health culture.
