作为经济活动的重要组成成分,中小民营企业为经济发展创造了巨大的推动力,但是目前中小民营企业发展仍然存在一定的问题。人力资源管理上的不足是一个重要制约因素。本文通过考察中小民营企业人力资源的现状,构建柔性化的企业规章制度、柔性化的企业组织结构和柔性化的企业激励机制的人力资源管理模式。
As an important component of economic activities, small and medium-sized private-owned enterprises have created tremendous impetus for economic development. However, there are still some problems in the development of small and medium private-owned enterprises at present. The lack of human resources management is an important constraint. This paper examines the current situation of human resources in small and medium-sized private-owned enterprises, and builds flexible human resource management models of enterprise rules and regulations, flexible organizational structure and flexible enterprise incentive mechanism.
