采用电化学阳极氧化技术在草酸和硫酸的混合溶液中制备了多孔氧化铝薄膜. 对其光致发光性能研究发现, 该薄膜具有一个位于350 nm的紫外波段的发光峰. 分析表明, 该发光现象起源于氧化铝薄膜中与草酸根离子相关的发光中心.
Porous alumina films were prepared by electrochemical anodic oxidation in a mixed solution of oxalic acid and sulfuric acid.Its photoluminescence properties were studied and found to have a luminescence peak in the ultraviolet region at 350 nm.The analysis showed that this luminescence phenomenon Originated in the alumina film and oxalate ion-related luminescence center.
