衍射光学元件在国防、生产及科研等领域起着越来越重要的作用.使用薄膜沉积法和离子束刻蚀法制作16阶菲涅耳透镜,应用于折衍混合CCD相机.进行CCD相机光学系统成像质量评价和室外成像实验.该透镜的引入,不仅改善系统成像质量,而且实现了系统的轻量化、小型化,增加了系统设计的自由度.
Diffractive optical elements play an increasingly important role in national defense, manufacturing and research fields. A 16-step Fresnel lens is fabricated using a thin-film deposition method and ion-beam lithography, which is used in diffracting hybrid CCD cameras. CCD camera optical system imaging quality evaluation and outdoor imaging experiments. The introduction of the lens not only improves the imaging quality of the system, but also realizes the weight reduction and miniaturization of the system and increases the freedom of system design.
