观察强度为150~155mT的静磁场对健康志愿者血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)和全血谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)的影响,结果表明该强度的静磁场短期可以显著提高人体SOD、GSH-Px的活性,降低MDA的含量,提示该强度的静磁场具有提高自由基代谢的功能。
The effects of static magnetic field with intensity of 150 ~ 155mT on the serum levels of superoxide dismutase (SOD), malondialdehyde (MDA) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) in healthy volunteers were observed. The results showed that The strength of the static magnetic field can significantly increase the human body SOD, GSH-Px activity, reduce the content of MDA, suggesting that the strength of the static magnetic field has the function of improving free radical metabolism.
