基于功率晶体管BLF6G21-10,采用负载牵引的大信号方法,实现了一种应用于TD-SCDMA基站系统的功率放大器。仿真和测试结果表明,设计的功放完全满足高效率、高线性度的指标要求。同时,通过一个稳压管将ZXCT1009应用于集电极+24V的电流检测,不仅为功放的正常工作提供了保证,还大大降低了检测成本。经多次试验验证,该功放具有良好的稳定性和很高的可复制性,可以很好地应用于TD-SCDMA系统。
Based on the power transistor BLF6G21-10, a large-signal method of load-pull is adopted to realize a power amplifier used in a TD-SCDMA base station system. Simulation and test results show that the design of the amplifier to fully meet the high efficiency, high linearity index requirements. At the same time, the ZXCT1009 is applied to the current detection of the collector +24 V through a voltage regulator tube, which not only guarantees the normal operation of the power amplifier but also greatly reduces the testing cost. After several tests, the amplifier has good stability and high reproducibility, which can be well applied to TD-SCDMA system.
