波斯迪卫生栓的体内外杀精作用和抗生育作用的实验研究

本文目的是观察波斯迪原料药和卫生栓体内外杀精作用与抗生育作用。体外杀精作用结果表明原料药20sec内最低杀精浓度在人、家兔和大鼠分别为1.25mg/ml,2.5mg/ml和1.25mg/ml。卫生栓则分别为5mg/ml,10mg/ml和5mg/ml。体内杀精作用结果表明0.5g和1g原料药和卫生栓在家兔交配后10min和8min内阴道均未发现有活动精子。家兔抗生育试验结果表明0.25g、0.5g和1g原料药避孕率均为100%(P<0.001)。卫生栓0.25g避孕率为60%(P>0.05),但0.5g和1g均为100%(P<0.001)。本文结果指出由中草药组成的波斯迪卫生栓体内外均有杀精作用和抗生育作用。 The purpose of this paper is to observe the spermicidal and antifertility effects of Bosidian raw materials and thrombolytics in vitro and in vivo. The in vitro spermicidal effect showed that the minimum spermicidal concentration of the drug substance was 1.25 mg/ml, 2.5 mg/ml, and 1.25 mg/ml in humans, rabbits, and rats within 20 sec. The tampon was 5 mg/ml, 10 mg/ml and 5 mg/ml, respectively. The results of spermicidal action in vivo showed that no active sperm was found in the vagina within 10 min and 8 min after mating of rabbits with 0.5 g and 1 g drug substances and tampons. Rabbit anti-fertility test results showed that the contraceptive rates of 0.25g, 0.5g, and 1g of drug substance were both 100% (P<0.001). The 0.25g contraceptive rate of tampon was 60% (P>0.05), but both 0.5g and 1g were 100% (P<0.001). The results of this article indicate that the Bosdi Hydrangea consisting of Chinese herbal medicines both have spermicidal and anti-fertility effects in vivo and in vitro.
