OBJECTIVE: To observe the effects of Eperythrozoon Erythrocyte on the immune function of erythrocytes by measuring the plasma levels of CD35, CD58, CD59 and IgM in patients with severe eperythrozoon (EH) infection. Through the detection of NO, SOD and MDA, we observed the influence of human Eperythrozoon on the antioxidant capacity of the body. Methods: Blood from patients in Mongolian International Hospital of Inner Mongolia was collected and observed by light microscopy, transmission electron microscopy and PCR.
