喷油嘴偶件是柴油机上的一对关键部件 ,由针阀和针阀体组成。针阀体的结构形状及尺寸如图 1所示。针阀体工作时主要受力部位是中孔和座面 ,同时喷油孔也受高压油的冲刷。长型针阀体中孔直径与孔深的细长比很大 ,视为深孔 ,喷孔直径又很小 (为0 .30ｍｍ) ,近似一端封闭的盲孔
