我国的岁时节令发展到魏晋时期,很多的节日习俗于此时逐渐形成并趋向稳定。这一时期的节日习俗,不仅见于地理志等史学典籍著录,也可于《搜神记》等志怪小说中寻见蛛丝马迹。对《搜神记》中的节日文化进行相关研究,不仅可以窥见先秦两汉魏晋时期的节日习俗的内容与特点,以更好地把握古代岁时节令的发展脉络,而且还可以深入研究作品反映的社会背景与思想内容。
