在当前的信息化社会,我国企业已经把ERP系统视为信息化管理中的核心。ERP作为一种全新的管理模式,它在利用信息技术的同时对企业的内部资源和外部资源进行全面整合。从ERP在财务管理中应用的现状出发,指出ERP应用时遇到的问题和瓶颈,主要是信息质量问题和发展的瓶颈问题,很多的企业都不能将ERP在财务管理方面的功能全面发挥。最后提出相应的措施来改善现状,特别是运用一些创新的方法,如与全面预算管理相结合及价值链重构等战略性的措施。
In the current information society, Chinese enterprises have regarded ERP system as the core of information management. ERP as a new management model, it uses the information technology at the same time on the enterprise’s internal resources and external resources for full integration. Based on the status quo of ERP application in financial management, the problems and bottlenecks encountered in ERP application are pointed out. The main problems are bottlenecks of information quality and development. Many enterprises can not give full play to the functions of ERP in financial management. Finally, we put forward corresponding measures to improve the status quo. In particular, we use some innovative methods, such as strategic budget management and strategic restructuring of the value chain.
