前人研究了丙烯腈聚合反应动力学并得出了一些宏观反应动力学方程式,但这并不能解释聚合反应全过程,运用第四统计力学对聚合过程中不同条件下的群子统计参数研究能够很好的解释聚合全过程。研究表明:温度的增加使链增长速率增大,链引发速率相对减小,且二者的协同作用变得更差,分子量增大,但温度过高则容易引起爆聚。引发剂含量的增加使链增长速率与链引发速率均增大,且二者变得不均衡,分子量减小。单体浓度的增加使链增长速率增大,对链引发速率影响不大,分子量增大,但浓度过高容易爆聚。
Previous studies on the polymerization kinetics of acrylonitrile gave some macroscopic reaction kinetics equations, but this did not explain the whole process of polymerization, the fourth statistical mechanistic study of the statistical parameters under different conditions of the polymerization process can A good explanation of the polymerization process. The results show that the increase of the chain temperature increases the chain growth rate, the chain initiation rate decreases relatively, and the synergies between the two become worse, the molecular weight increases, but the temperature is too high is likely to cause explosive agglomeration. The increase of initiator content increases both the chain growth rate and the chain initiation rate, and the two become unbalanced and the molecular weight decreases. Increasing the monomer concentration increases the chain growth rate, the chain initiation rate has little effect, the molecular weight increases, but the concentration is too high easily explosive.
