基于Moyono原理详细讨论了螺杆泵型线设计基本理论 ,推出了定子和转子横截面型线的形成方法和运动规律 ,给出了定、转子间过盈量的计算方法 ;建立了螺杆泵流体传输的数学模型 ,分析了流体在螺杆泵中的传输规律 ,找到了实现最大传输量和最小流速的条件 .最后给出了定子模芯设计的经验公式 .
Based on the Moyono principle, the basic theory of screw pump line design was discussed in detail. The forming method and motion rule of stator and rotor cross section profiles were introduced. The calculation method of the interference between stator and rotor was given. The mathematical model of fluid in the screw pump was analyzed and the conditions for achieving the maximum flow rate and the minimum flow rate were found.Finally, the empirical formula of stator core design was given.
