随着我国电力体制的改革,对电能计量工作提出了更高要求,特别是从传统的计划经济向市场经济的转变,电能测量技术更重要,电能计量装置(表计)是公平秤,需要重视它的完整性和准确性。文章通过对龙背湾电站在发电工况下从220k V系统吸收无功功率、导致反向无功数据过大、功率因数偏低现象进行分析,并有针对性地提出技术改进方案。
With the reform of the power system in our country, higher requirements are put forward on the energy metering work, especially from the traditional planned economy to the market economy. In this paper, through analyzing the phenomenon that Longyouwan Power Plant absorbs reactive power from 220k V system under power generation conditions, the data of reverse reactive power is too large and the power factor is too low, and the technical improvement measures are pointed out.
