目的分析在改善老年高血压合并焦虑抑郁患者情绪功能和生活质量中综合性心理护理的应用效果。方法将66例老年高血压合并焦虑抑郁症患者随机分为对照组(33例,常规护理)与观察组(33例,常规护理+综合性心理护理)。结果护理前,观察组患者SAS评分、SDS评分与对照组比较,无显著差异(P>0.05);护理后,观察组患者SAS评分、SDS评分均低于对照组,有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论在改善老年高血压合并焦虑抑郁患者情绪功能和生活质量中综合性心理护理的应用效果显著。
Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive psychological nursing in improving emotional function and quality of life in elderly patients with hypertension and anxiety and depression. Methods Sixty-six elderly patients with hypertension and anxiety depression were randomly divided into control group (33 cases, routine care group) and observation group (33 cases, routine care and comprehensive psychological care). Results Before treatment, the scores of SAS and SDS in observation group were not significantly different from those in control group (P> 0.05). After nursing, the scores of SAS and SDS in observation group were lower than those in control group (P <0.05) ). Conclusion The application of comprehensive psychological nursing in improving the emotional function and quality of life of elderly patients with hypertension and depression is significant.
