目的探讨自拟经验方忍冬藤痛风颗粒联合西药治疗湿热蕴结型痛风性关节炎的临床疗效,为临床诊治痛风性关节炎提供有效的治疗。方法选取90例湿热蕴结型痛风性关节炎患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与治疗组,对照组45例患者采用口服秋水仙碱片,发作时首次服1mg,1h后再服用0.5mg,12h后改为2次/d,共服用1周;同时服用别嘌呤醇片,0.1g/次,3次/d,疗程为2周。治疗组45例患者在对照组西药治疗的基础上加用自拟经验方忍冬藤痛风颗粒进行治疗,两组疗程均为2周。记录中医证候积分、VAS评分、ESR、CRP及UA 6项指标;进而比较两组患者治疗前、治疗后第1周、治疗后第2周与治疗前及两组间治疗效果的差异。结果治疗组总有效率为95.12%,而对照组总有效率为80.00%,两组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后中医证候积分、VAS评分、ESR、CRP及UA6项指标较治疗前有明显改善,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后较对照组治疗后指标改善更加显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论忍冬藤痛风颗粒联合西药更加有效地控制痛风性关节炎的症状,减轻患者的疼痛,能够降低血沉(ESR)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、血尿酸(UA)的水平,临床疗效优于单纯西药治疗,值得临床推广运用。 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Lonicerae Gout Granule combined with western medicine in the treatment of gouty arthritis with damp-heat syndrome, and to provide an effective treatment for gouty arthritis. After treatment, the treatment group improved more significantly after treatment than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Lonicerae Gout Granule combined with western medicine can effectively control the symptoms of gouty arthritis, reduce the pain of patients and reduce the levels of erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR), C-reactive protein (CRP) and uric acid (UA) Western medicine treatment, it is worth clinical application.
