目的评价Anthogyr种植系统7年内的临床应用情况及短期疗效。方法总结2007年5月至2013年12月于中国医科大学附属口腔医院种植中心接受Anthogyr系统种植修复的病例,共203例,随访1~7年,评价该系统手术及修复临床应用情况及疗效。结果 7年种植320颗种植体,2颗种植体于术后9个月因无骨结合取出;随访观察1~7年,上部结构松动6例,崩瓷4例,食物嵌塞9例。种植体累积存留率达99.38%。结论 Anthogyr种植系统临床操作简便,可获得稳定的修复效果。 Objective To evaluate the clinical application and short-term efficacy of the Anthogyr implant system in seven years. Methods From May 2007 to December 2013, 203 patients underwent Anthogyr system implantation in the Affiliated Stomatological Hospital Affiliated to China Medical University from May 2007 to December 2013. The patients were followed up for 1 to 7 years. The clinical application and efficacy of the system were evaluated. Results 320 implants were implanted in 7 years and 2 implants were removed at 9 months postoperatively. In the follow-up period of 1 to 7 years, there were 6 cases of loose superstructure, 4 cases of collapse and 9 cases of food impaction. Implant survival rate of 99.38%. Conclusion Anthogyr implant system has the advantages of simple operation and stable operation.
