本文低压铸模设计首先从分析气缸体铸件,确定浇注系统入手,分析了如何选择分型面,确定模具结构,着重分析了镶嵌件——气缸筒的悬浮定位和气缸筒型芯的特殊设计法。并说明了如何通过计算选择合理的镶嵌件公差尺寸。其后,介绍了螺栓孔型芯的辅助定位法和设计巧妙的身兼三职的推杆。最后,对铸型的排气,模具材料,技术条件和气缸体的低压铸造工艺都做了扼要的介绍。 In this paper, the design of low pressure die casting is firstly analyzed from the analysis of cylinder body castings and the determination of gating system. The selection of the parting surface and the determination of the die structure are analyzed. The floating positioning of the cylinder insert and cylinder cylinder and the special design method of cylinder core are analyzed emphatically. And explains how to choose a reasonable tolerance for insert through calculation. Later, the introduction of the bolt hole core positioning method and the clever design of the three-position putter. Finally, the exhaust of the mold, the mold material, the technical conditions and the low-pressure casting process of the cylinder block are briefly introduced.
