随着子午线轮胎用量的增加 ,开发性价比高的纤维帘布全自动裁断设备非常迫切。自动对接系统是实现纤维帘布全自动裁断的关键。主机传送带跑偏带来的垂直方向的位移远大于系统最低误差要求 ,因此 ,帘布的边缘值检测只能在对接前瞬间完成 ,否则边缘检测将失去意义。通过激光自动测边系统的全新设计 ,以及全数字交流伺服定位系统速度模式与位置模式的组合较好地解决了这一问题。实际运行结果表明 :系统综合性能指标符合工艺要求 ,定长裁断误差小于± 1mm ,对接成功率高于 90 %。
With the increase in the amount of radial tires, the development of cost-effective fiber cord automatic cutting equipment is very urgent. Automatic docking system is the key to achieve fully automatic cutting fabric cord. The vertical displacement caused by the deviation of the host conveyor is much larger than the minimum error of the system. Therefore, the edge detection of the fabric can only be completed immediately before the docking, or the edge detection will lose its meaning. The new design of the automatic laser edge measurement system and the combination of the speed mode and the position mode of the all-digital AC servo positioning system solve the problem well. The actual operation results show that: the system performance meets the technical requirements, the fixed length cutting error less than ± 1mm, docking success rate higher than 90%.
