发动机振动速度监测系统是实时监测发动机工作情况的重要仪表系统,其可靠、稳定的工作对飞行安全有重要作用。根据外场数据统计,发动机振动速度监测系统的主要故障部件为振动速度放大器。在深入分析测试需求的基础上,借助MAX038芯片的性能特点,提出了一种基于该芯片的振动速度放大器试验器设计方案,并给出了原理电路。经应用表明,该试验器能够满足部队测试需求,同时具有结构简单、成本低、体积小等特点,有很高实用价值。
Engine vibration velocity monitoring system is an important instrumentation system for real-time monitoring engine work, and its reliable and stable work plays an important role in flight safety. According to field data statistics, the main fault component of the engine vibration speed monitoring system is the vibration speed amplifier. Based on the in-depth analysis of the test requirements, a design scheme of the vibration speed amplifier tester based on the performance of the MAX038 chip is proposed. The principle circuit is also given. The application shows that the tester can meet the needs of the military test, at the same time has the advantages of simple structure, low cost, small size, high practical value.
