师承教育作为我国传统中医药人才的主要培养模式,在现代中医药人才培养中愈发显得重要。全国各大中医类院校都在尝试现代师承教育的探索。福建卫生职业技术学院作为福建省级示范重点高职院校,在省内率先开展高职高专现代师承教育探索,并取得良好的成效。其中也暴露出诸多问题,如校企合作中的主导问题、理论教材与实践操作的脱节问题等,值得反思与总结。 As a major training mode of traditional Chinese medicine talents in our country, teacher education plays an increasingly important role in the cultivation of modern Chinese medicine talents. Major TCM colleges in China are trying to explore the modern teacher education. Fujian Provincial Health Vocational and Technical College, Fujian Province, as a demonstration-level key vocational colleges in the province took the lead in higher vocational education to explore modern teacher education, and achieved good results. Among them, many problems have also been exposed, such as the leading problem in the cooperation between school and enterprise, the disconnection between theoretical teaching material and practical operation, which are worth reflecting and summarizing.
