在无约束空间中,采用不同比药量(炸药量与装填液体之比)对不同粘度的高粘度液体进行了爆炸分散实验。讨论了液体粘度、比药量对爆炸分散后液体粒径分布的影响以及对初始云团半径的影响。实验结果表明,液体粘度和分散药量对爆炸分散后液体粒径大小的分布,以及初始云团半径的形成有显著的影响。粘度越大,爆炸分散后形成的颗粒平均直径越大,分散越不均匀,颗粒的形状越不规则;比药量越大,液体分散效果越好,初始云团形成的速度越快,且初始云团半径也越大。
In unconstrained space, the experiments of explosive dispersion of high viscosity liquid with different viscosities were carried out with different specific dosages (ratio of explosives to filling liquid). The effect of liquid viscosity and specific dose on the distribution of liquid particle size after explosive dispersion and the influence on the initial cloud radius are discussed. The experimental results show that the viscosity of the liquid and the dispersed dose have a significant effect on the size distribution of the liquid particles and the formation of the initial cloud radius after the explosion is dispersed. The larger the viscosity, the larger the average diameter of the particles formed after the explosion dispersion, the more uneven the dispersion, the more irregular the shape of the particles; the greater the specific dosage, the better the liquid dispersion effect, the faster the initial cloud formation, and the initial The radius of the cloud is also bigger.
