采用致病性测定、形态学和分子生物学方法将山东省德州市非洲菊白粉病的病原菌鉴定为Sphaerothecafusca,并测定出其分生孢子萌发的最适温度为25℃,最适pH6.0,萌发时需要100%的相对湿度。在此基础上,进行了蜡蚧轮枝菌制剂防治非洲菊白粉病的试验,结果表明,浓度为2.6~3.3g·L-1的蜡蚧轮枝菌溶液能有效抑制S.fusca分生孢子的萌发,并有良好的盆栽防治效果。
The pathogenicity, morphological and molecular biology methods were used to identify the pathogen of powdery mildew of Gerbera jamesonii in Dezhou, Shandong Province, China. The optimum temperature for conidiospore germination was 25 ℃, pH 6.0, Germination requires 100% relative humidity. On this basis, we carried out the test of prevention and control of powdery mildew of Verticillium lecanii with Verticillium lecanii. The results showed that the Verticillium lecanii solution with concentration of 2.6 ~ 3.3g · L-1 can effectively inhibit S.fusca conidia Germination, and good pot control effect.
