由于我国计划生育政策的实施,独生子女家庭增多,随着独生子女长大成人另立门户,而父母则步入老年,空巢家庭将会越来越多,并成为我国老年人家庭的主要形式。空巢家庭的增多不仅成为个人问题,也是社会的问题。近几年,一些发生在空巢老人身上的悲惨事件令人揪心,引起社会各界的关注。本文通过观察城市空巢老人的生活状况,对当今社会对空巢老人的社会支持中的问题和缺陷,提出相关对策和建议,以解决空巢老人的物质生活和精神生活的问题。 Due to the implementation of the family planning policy in our country, the number of only-child families has increased. As the one-child families have grown up and their parents have entered old age, the number of empty-nest families will increase and become the main form of the elderly in China . The increase of empty-nest families has not only become a personal problem but also a social issue. In recent years, some tragic events that took place in the empty nesters were disturbing and aroused the concern of all sectors of society. By observing the living conditions of empty nesters in urban areas, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to the problems and defects in the social support of empty nesters in order to solve the material and spiritual life of empty nesters.
