网络时代改变了旅游者与旅游目的地及其管理者之间信息屏障,同时也催生了旅游领域的公共事件。本文在网络时代旅游研究的回顾后,通过对三亚宰客事件回顾、传播及影响研究,提出了网络时代旅游公共事件应对的四点管理策略,即提高网络旅游公共管理的危机意识、提高旅游公共管理的服务和法制意识、健全网络时代旅游公共管理的机制和实施旅游公共事件的危机营销战略。
