目的:观察和探讨茶多酚对1-甲基-4-苯基-1-2-3-6-四氢吡啶(MPTP)帕金森病(PD)小鼠模型的细胞因子分泌的影响及茶多酚对PD神经元保护的作用机制。方法:采用C57BL小鼠腹腔注射MPTP复制PD模型,观察茶多酚对PD模型多巴胺神经元的保护作用。结果:PD模型组与茶多酚保护组比较PD模型小鼠爬杆时间明显缩短,黑质酪氨酸羟化酶阳性细胞显著增多,纹状体内IL-6含量增高,TNF-α因子变化不明显。结论:茶多酚对MPTP-PD模型小鼠的多巴胺神经元具有保护作用,其保护作用机制可能与影响IL-6的分泌有关。
Objective: To observe and investigate the effect of tea polyphenols on the cytokine secretion of 1-methyl-4-phenyl-1-2-3-6-tetrahydropyridine (MPTP) Parkinson’s disease (PD) Mechanism of polyphenols on PD neuronal protection. Methods: C57BL mice were intraperitoneally injected with MPTP to replicate the PD model. The protective effect of tea polyphenols on PD model dopamine neurons was observed. Results: In the PD model group, the climbing time of mice in PD model was significantly shortened, the tyrosine hydroxylase positive cells in substantia nigra were significantly increased, the content of IL-6 in striatum was increased, but the changes of TNF-α in the model group were not changed obvious. CONCLUSION: Tea polyphenols have a protective effect on dopamine neurons in MPTP-PD mice, and its protective mechanism may be related to the secretion of IL-6.
