区域发展空间关联的网络结构为区域协同发展创造了有利条件。文章基于2000~2013年地区发展与民生指数(DLI)数据,对中国区域发展空间关联的网络结构特征及其时滞变化进行了全面解构。研究表明,中国区域发展的空间关联具有较明显的极化特征,东部省份自身的发展动能较强,能够普遍带动其他省份的发展;西部省份的发展特点则相反。空间网络中板块间的传导关系具有明显的梯度溢出特点,与板块间的溢出相比,同一板块内部“同级”省份之间的溢出效应较弱。中国区域发展空间溢出总量的半衰期为2~3年,空间溢出的传导时间集中在1年左右,并具有时间上的持续性。在“十三五”期间,利用并发挥区域发展空间关联的网络结构效应,有利于加快形成“以点带面、从线到片”的区域合作空间格局,为全面建成小康社会提供动力。
The network structure of spatial development of regional development has created favorable conditions for the coordinated development of the region. Based on the regional development and livelihood index (DLI) data from 2000 to 2013, this paper comprehensively deconstructs the network structural features and time lag changes of China’s regional spatial relations. The research shows that the spatial correlation of China’s regional development has obvious polarization characteristics. The eastern provinces have strong development momentum and can generally promote the development of other provinces. The development characteristics of the western provinces are opposite. The conduction relation between the plates in the space network has the characteristic of gradient overflow. Compared with the overflow between the plates, the spillover effect between the provinces in the same plate is weaker. The half-life of the total amount of space spillovers in China’s regional development is 2-3 years. The transmission time of spillover is concentrated in about one year and is time-consistent. During the “13th Five-Year Plan” period, utilizing and exerting the network structure effect of the spatial development of regional development will help speed up the formation of a spatial pattern of regional cooperation based on “point-to-area, from line to piece” and provide impetus for the comprehensive construction of a well-off society.
