为了改善低照度环境下视频监控系统的效果,从人类的视觉系统出发,通过对人类的视觉对比度分辨率进行补偿以增强图像信息,同时以ARM11与LINUX相结合的方式,构建嵌入式监控系统,利用硬件编码有效地提高编码效率,对编码后的H264码流进行RTP打包传输。经测试系统满足实时监控,同时增强了低照度环境下的视频图像的信息。
In order to improve the effect of video surveillance system in low-light environment, starting from the human visual system, human vision contrast resolution is compensated to enhance the image information.
