随着人们认知水平的提高,人们逐渐意识到心理健康的重要性,而良好的体魄与健康的心理是个体适应社会竞争的前提。高校体育是每一位大学生的必修科目,不仅能够增强大学生的生理素质,同时也对大学生的心理健康有一定的影响。本文通过分析大学体育与大学生心理健康的关系,总结出高校体育对大学生心理健康产生的作用,并提出相应的改善对策,以促进大学生心理的健康发展。
With the improvement of people’s cognition level, people are gradually aware of the importance of mental health, and good physique and healthy psychology are the prerequisites for individuals to adapt to social competition. College physical education is a compulsory subject for every college student, which can not only enhance the physiological quality of college students, but also have an impact on the mental health of college students. By analyzing the relationship between college PE and college students ’mental health, this paper summarizes the effect of college PE on the mental health of college students and puts forward corresponding improvement measures to promote the healthy development of college students’ psychology.
