依据点击化学反应原理,以端羟基环氧乙烷-四氢呋喃共聚醚(PET4000)和NaN3为原料经叠氮化反应得到端叠氮基环氧乙烷-四氢呋喃共聚醚(N3PET4000)。用FTIR、NMR、GPC对N3PET4000进行了表征。研究了N3PET4000与多炔化合物的固化反应,对不同R值的胶片力学性能进行了表征。结果表明,R值为1.0时,N3PET4000固化体系具有良好的力学性能;R值为1.1左右时形成的交联网络的交联密度最大。
According to the principle of click chemical reaction, terminal azido ethylene oxide-tetrahydrofuran copolyether (N3PET4000) was obtained by the azidation reaction of terminal hydroxy ethylene oxide-tetrahydrofuran copolymer (PET4000) and NaN3. N3PET4000 was characterized by FTIR, NMR and GPC. The curing reaction of N3PET4000 with polytyne compounds was studied. The mechanical properties of films with different R values were characterized. The results show that the N3PET4000 curing system has good mechanical properties at a R value of 1.0 and the crosslinked network formed at a R value of about 1.1 has the highest crosslink density.
