便携式近红外光谱分析仪的研制及应用

针对野外和现场快速无损分析应用,研制了一种便携式近红外光谱分析仪。该仪器具有体积小、结构简单、响应速度快、功耗低、抗震性好、使用方便和维护成本低等优点。详细描述了仪器的总体设计及主要结构,展现了其性能特点。对仪器进行了性能测试,结果显示该分析仪性能稳定,已达到了国际同类仪器水平。苹果糖度的现场无损测定数据表明,该分析仪具有较强的建模能力及高可靠性,其中校正标准偏差和验证集预测标准偏差分别为0.266和0.309。实验结果表明,该分析仪具有较强的现场应用能力,能够适应各种现场的应用环境。 For the field and field rapid nondestructive analysis applications, developed a portable near infrared spectrometer. The instrument has the advantages of small size, simple structure, fast response, low power consumption, good shock resistance, easy to use and low maintenance cost. Described in detail the overall design of the instrument and the main structure, showing its performance characteristics. The instrument performance test, the results show that the analyzer performance is stable, has reached the international level of similar instruments. The on-site non-destructive measurement data of apple sugar degree shows that the analyzer has strong modeling ability and high reliability, in which the standard deviation of calibration and the prediction standard deviation of validation set are 0.266 and 0.309, respectively. The experimental results show that the analyzer has a strong field application capabilities, able to adapt to a variety of field applications.
