由国际食品科技联盟和中国食品科学技术学会联合主办的“2010年国际食品安全论坛”于2010年4月22-23日在北京隆重召开,此次论坛以“风险管理:概念与实践”为主题,来自全球的近300位政府官员、科技专家、知名企业的代表参加了会议。论坛得到卫生部、科技部、工业和信息化部、世界卫生组织、联合国粮农组织、国际食品微生物标准委员会、国际生命科学会等国内外重要政府部门和机构的支持。卫生部部长陈竺出席开幕式,并做重要讲话。
The “2010 International Food Safety Forum” co-sponsored by the International Federation of Food Science and Technology and the Chinese Society of Food Science and Technology was held in Beijing on April 22-23, 2010. The forum was organized in the spirit of “Risk Management: Concepts and Practices ”Theme, nearly 300 government officials from around the world, science and technology experts, representatives of well-known enterprises attended the meeting. The forum was supported by important government departments and agencies at home and abroad such as Ministry of Health, Ministry of Science and Technology, Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, World Health Organization, UN Food and Agriculture Organization, International Commission on Food Microbiology, International Society for Life Science and so on. Minister of Health Chen Zhu attended the opening ceremony and made an important speech.
