比较了不同填装压力和施压方式对匀浆装柱(匀浆剂为四氯化碳)柱效率的影响.在装填100×4.6毫米(内径)柱的5微米YWG多孔硅胶时,220公斤/厘米~2的填装压力可获得近似于380公斤/厘米~2的效果.一步施压方式的效果优于逐步加压法.在柱层顶端加上多孔四氟乙烯片和薄的粗孔镍片的进样设计既保持了一定的高效,又保证了有较长的使用寿命,与此同时,也认识了柱外效应对柱效率的影响占有重要地位.
