以Na2WO4为助熔剂,采用缓冷法成功地生长出新型发光晶体Na5Tm(WO4)4,晶粒尺寸为2mm×2mm×2mm。根据四方晶系面间距公式及最小二乘法,可以确定晶体的晶胞参数a=1.1386nm,c=1.1283nm,测定并分析了该晶体室温下的红外光谱、吸收光谱、发射光谱及激发光谱。根据Judd-Ofelt理论计算了Tm3+离子的吸收振子强度和配位场作用强度参数。结果表明该晶体有可能成为一类很重要的蓝色发光材料。
A novel luminescent crystal, Na5Tm (WO4) 4, was successfully grown by slow cooling with Na2WO4 as flux, with a grain size of 2mm × 2mm × 2mm. According to the tetragonal spacing formula and the least square method, the crystal cell parameters a = 1.1386nm and c = 1.1283nm can be determined. The infrared, absorption, emission spectra and excitation spectrum. According to the Judd-Ofelt theory, the absorption oscillator strength and the coordination field strength parameter of Tm3 + ions are calculated. The results show that the crystal may become a very important class of blue luminescent materials.
