从《禁毒法》的指导思想和内容设计上看,中国现行戒毒体系的重心已经转到了社区戒毒和康复方面。本文以一起强制隔离戒毒案例为例,着重分析实践中强制隔离戒毒措施的适用对象和被决定人的权利救济途径等问题。 Judging from the guiding ideology and content design of the “Anti-drug Law”, the focus of the current drug rehabilitation system in China has shifted to community drug rehabilitation and rehabilitation. In this paper, a case of compulsory isolation and treatment of drug abuse is taken as an example. Emphasis is placed on the application of the object of compulsory isolation and treatment in practice and the remedy of rights of the person who is the subject of the decision.
