在NdYAG激光器中,用单晶硅实现了被动锁模,得到了脉冲定义为28ps左右,能量为约3μJ的锁模脉冲,并对锁模机理作了初步解释。
In the NdYAG laser, passive mode-locking is achieved with single-crystal silicon. A mode-locked pulse with a pulse of about 28 ps and an energy of about 3 μJ is obtained. A preliminary explanation of the mode-locking mechanism is also given.
