铣削加工是技工院校机械类、机电类专业学生必须掌握的一项操作技能,实施的教学对象是二年级技校生,这部分学生具有一定的专业知识背景和探索发现的精神。但有一些学习缺乏主动性、态度不够端正、学习不够明确的学生,这部分学生在平时的学习中,厌学情绪较浓,对于教师的讲授知识被动的接受学习,因而在平时的教育教学中,如何激发学生的学习兴趣,充分发挥学生的主观能动性,成为教师普遍需要探讨的课题。
